I would like to let everyone who needs to buy or sell their house or apartment know how happy I was to deal with Bella. Bella was introduced to us to help sell our apartment at Chewathai in September 2019 and as we are from Singapore it was difficult for us. However, Bella made the sale so simple for us from viewing till the completion of sales. We entrusted her with a letter of Power of Attorney so that she could execute and collect money on our behalf even though we had never met up with her, except through some photos sent to us through WhatsApp. When we agreed to the price for the sale, everything else was done by Bella. The sale was made and completed on 20 November 2019. We flew down only on the day of the transaction and clear everything on the same day including collecting the sales proceed in cash and depositing in our bank account. Bella even help us to retrieve our electricity deposit and deposited it into our account after we left Bangkok after the transaction.
